Men’s Session (led by Samuel Devall) — Men discuss issues and challenges of being single.

11:15 a.m.- Split Session #2

Mental Health (led by Sonya Canfield) — We all deserve to have good mental health. During this session, we will discuss practices that we can put in place to keep our mental health in good shape.

Forgiving Heart for Unknown (led by Ruth Anne Goff) — This is a special session for those who find themselves in unexpected situations. Our widowed and divorced will hear an uplifting testimony to remind us that God knows just where you are.

Friendships in Singleness (led by Samuel Devall) — We love having friends, but do we know just how important those friendships are to cultivate? We explore how to cultivate those friendships as a single.
